As you may know, the Bourjouis Rouge Velvet Lipstick was something that was on my January Wishlist, and a few days after putting up that post, I headed over to Superdrug and bought one. I remember swatching these way back when Anna from Vivianna Does Makeup first started raving about them and I didn't think much of them. But after seeing a few more people talk about them and use them in videos, I thought I'd try it out properly. I got the shade Nude-Ist as I feel like it's the most wearable shade and I'm likely to get better use out of it. I'm really impressed with this lipstick! It's easy to apply and gives a full, even coverage. It feels lovely on the lips and I can see why they call it 'velvet'. I find that it stays on the lips for a long time as long as you're not eating/drinking. That's the only time I'd recommend you keep an eye out for patches, but otherwise you could go a good few hours and your lips will still look great! I'm debating whether I should buy a darker shade because the formula is would be perfect! You can buy this from Boots of Superdrug for £8.99.
