For the past few months I've been wearing my hair in its natural state. I have thick, curly and frizzy hair, which as you can imagine, is a nightmare to tame! Since I started high school, I always had my hair straight, I would straighten it every day I washed it and then quickly flatten any curly pieces every morning. I love the way my hair looks straight, but the fear of having no hair by the time I'm 30 made me think twice about my choices. So I've been trying to find ways to feel comfortable in my natural hair and here are the products I use to help that.
I've never really been out for a healthy-ish brunch before. My dad and I have been to local cafes for a fry up but sometimes I want an Instagram-worthy breakfast. I've always heard that Bills do a good breakfast so my friends and I decided it'd be nice to try out.
Recently Cult Beauty had an amazing deal of getting the Morphe 9B blush palette for free if you spend £45 on Morphe Cosmetics. If you remember towards the end of last year I did a palette wishlist and I mentioned that I wanted to get my hands on this blush palette! I couldn't not take advantage of this deal!
To make up the £45, I bought a palette for a present, which of course I won't show or mention here. I also bought the 12NB eye shadow palette as this was the main reason why I was on the website in the first place. I love the colour range in this palette and thought it would be perfect to travel with as oppose to my usual Morphe 35O palette. I had my eyes on this palette for a while now but it was always out of stock. I joined the waiting list and the minute I got the email to say it was back in stock, I added it straight to my basket. Thankfully this deal was on when the palette came back in stock.
Then to make my total equate to £45, I bought the Rose Gold precision pointed contour brush (R3). I felt like the brushes I currently have haven't been cutting it for me when it comes to setting my under eyes and I thought I'd give this brush a go. It's really soft and and doesn't feel scratch to use at all!
Cult Beauty have recently started stocking Zoeva Cosmetics, which is great because now a lot of my favourite brands are under one stockists! I decided to buy the fine liner (317) brush. I already have one by e.l.f. but I figured another one would be handy. This one has a silicone brush so it might be easier to create winged liners with.
There was another promotion with Cult Beauty that if you spent a certain amount of money on makeup you get a free skin brush by iBeauty. I've never heard of the brand but have always wanted to try these brushes. I was shocked to see how soft this one was but as it retails for £22, I was glad to get it for free!
I've really been struggling with my dark under eye circles recently - I blame uni stress! But finding the right product to really conceal them has proven to be extremely difficult. I've been meaning to try this LA Girl Pro Conceal in the shade Orange for a while now, but I finally picked it up from Amazon. I'm used to using the NYX Orange pot concealer and while that's very good, I wanted something that didn't tug so much on my skin. I'm hoping that this will do the trick!
I also needed a new brow gel and so I picked up the perfection brow artist plumper which has little fibres in to give the appearance of bolder brows. Finally I picked up the Infallible Mega Gloss in the shade 110 I got the power. I've been looking for a nude gloss as recently my lips have been too dry to be wearing my matte liquid lips that I typically use. I love the applicator of this, it's so unique and works really well. So far, I'm really loving this lip gloss!
I also did a mini haul at Boots and decided to take advantage of the 3 for 2 offer on L'oreal cosmetics. I was drawn the counter when I saw the new true match liquid glow illuminator. I swatched it and figured it would act as a great base to my powder highlight and would give my skin an inner glow. I got the shade Golden Glow but it also comes in a more pinky/cool toned colour which is Icy Glow.
What are your latest beauty finds?
Love Always,

If you've been a reader of my blog for a long time, you may remember that I received a Pandora bracelet for my 21st birthday. Since then, I've been gifted various charms from different people and I'm really happy with my current collection. Each of my charms have a special meaning to me and I love that they are something that I can carry around with me on a daily basis. I'm very sentimental and I tend to collect little things that remind me of special occasions a.k.a. a hoarder at its finest. I think Pandora charms are a beautiful gift to give to someone and something they can keep for years with a memory you both may share. Here is my collection.
I appreciate that not everyone is celebrating Valentines but as it is my resolution to go to a new restaurant every month this year, I put together a little wishlist of places I'd like to visit. These restaurants are all quite pricey, however, I think they would be nice to go to for special occasions whether that's for Valentines Day or not.
Over the past two weeks I've been writing about the palettes in the Zoeva Plaisir box that I got gifted with for Christmas. The box set retails for £48 and comes with 3 palettes that cost £18 each, including Blanc Fusion and Cocoa Blend. This week I am reviewing the final palette, which just so happens to be my favourite out of the three: Caramel Melange
