Beauty Haul #1

15:00:00

I'm introducing a new edition to my blog and it's basically inspired by the monthly favourites that is so popular on YouTube and on beauty blogs. However, I don't often change products around, my favourites tend to be so similar each month, so monthly favourites would pretty much be pointless for me. Instead I've decided to create my own sort of series and do monthly hauls. So this is the first, super delayed, December haul post - I just wanted to get this out there as I had the idea just before Christmas but got super busy so couldn't share the post with you. So lets just jump right to it!

Makeup

I'm trying to find a new liquid eyeliner. I'm happy with my Collection 2000 one but I like to try different things and I'm hoping this will be just as good. This Master duo liquid liner was £5.29 and is currently part of a 'buy one get one 1/2 price' offer here.

Haircare

My hair is super long as it is, but I really love the length and I want it to grow an inch or so longer so that when I get it cut, it won't be too short. I know, crazy logic behind that thought! I have it straight all the time and my natural hair is crazy curly so you can imagine how much my hair suffers. I really want to begin pampering my hair a little more and try and get it looking healthier. So I purchased these products. The first is the LOreal elvive Triple Resist Reinforcing Treatment - leave in which is £3.99 from Superdrug. I love products that I can leave in my hair as it takes forever to wash my hair as it is without all these extra conditioners etc. so hopefully this product will make a change! The other product is another leave in product which is the Macadamia oil from Primark and it is £2. It's the second time I've purchased this and it's actually really good and smells of Oranges. Which is a nice bonus.

Skincare

I always end up buying some sort of skincare product, you'll soon figure that out. But I've actually been religiously sticking by my new skincare routine lately so I repurchased the Simple Soothing Toner that is just amazing. It doesn't smell of anything and it just feels so refreshing! This was £2.99 at Superdrug. I'm also coming to the end of my face cleanser so I purchased a new one which I haven't tried out yet. My previous cleanser is from the same brand so I'm hoping this Clean&Clear Morning Energy Daily Face Lotion will be just as good, if not better. This is also from Superdrug at £3.99.

Bodycare

Finally bodycare. I've heard a lot about Soap and Glory Heel Genius and wanted to try it because going to uni has increased the need for me to walk more, which I hate, so my feet have been suffering a lot lately! So what better way to pamper them with a nice foot cream for only £5.50 from Boots! I've been waiting for boots to do their 3 for 2 offer on Induldgent Bodycare so that I could stock up on the large bottles of body wash and lotion too. I've got a third left of my current body wash and lotion and decided to be prepared for when they run out. The Soap and Glory Rich and Famous Dual-use Shower and Bath Body wash is a repurchase as I fell in love with the smell of it and it's only £6.50 from boots. Inspired, by the smell of the body wash I decided to try the matching body lotion called Soap and Glory Smoothie Star, despite it saying deep moisture body milk on the bottle, that is the name on the boots website and it's £10.

Let me know if you like this new series, or if you have any suggestions to make it better.
