My Pandora Charm Collection
07:30:00If you've been a reader of my blog for a long time, you may remember that I received a Pandora bracelet for my 21st birthday. Since then, I've been gifted various charms from different people and I'm really happy with my current collection. Each of my charms have a special meaning to me and I love that they are something that I can carry around with me on a daily basis. I'm very sentimental and I tend to collect little things that remind me of special occasions a.k.a. a hoarder at its finest. I think Pandora charms are a beautiful gift to give to someone and something they can keep for years with a memory you both may share. Here is my collection.
My first charm is one I've spoken about on my blog before. It's an elephant charm that my parents got for me. My mum loves Elephants and believes that they bring good luck. I think they're beautiful, majestic animals and I loved the idea that I could have something that was so special to my mum. Their animal charms are adorable, I have my eye on the panda one as it's so cute! I can't seem to find the charm that I had online anymore but they do have this alternative charm which is just as cute!
I also have a decorative charm that actually doesn't have any meaning behind it. It was on sale soon after I received my bracelet and I bought it on a whim. I'm not too keen on it anymore but I keep it there because I have it.
I've always loved to bake. I've made cakes for parties and family occasions and I have my own signature cake that my family know and love. Though I've tried to stay clear from baking a bit now because I've created my very own muffin top - I still find it therapeutic. I received this cupcake charm which I thought looked super cute!
When I went on my first holiday with my best friends and without my parents, I knew that I wanted something to remember it by. So when I saw this around the world charm in the airport I thought it was the perfect way to remember the trip. I love travelling and going to new places always fascinates me. I actually ended up getting this charm whilst we were in Prague as oppose to in the airport as it worked out cheaper. They had a jumbo jet charm and a dangling passport charm - but I personally don't like the dangling charms so this was ideal.
Knowing that I wear the bracelet every day, my best friends bought me this infinity heart charm which is a clip charm. It's perfect because we have been best friends for 10 years and we're extremely close. We were actually on holiday in Budapest at the time they gave me this bracelet so again, another great memory!
Finally, my recent edition, the Buddha meditation charm which was gifted to me by my parents this Christmas. When I was younger, I bought my dad a little Buddha figurine. He still has it to this day and we believe it brings us good luck. Naturally, this charm is an important one and like the Elephant reminds me of my mum, this Buddha reminds me of my dad. I think it's really well made and looks super cute too!
That is all for my charm collection. I love every single charm and I can't wait to add more memorable charms to my bracelet in the future! What is your favourite charm?
