Festive Nails | #BLOGMAS Day 23

If you haven't got time to go and get your nails done professionally or you're happy with your own nails, then here are a few nail polishes that I have in my collection that I have been reaching for this festive season. They are all affordable and available from the high street.
Barry M - Twinkle Twinkle
I have only recently discovered this nail polish and I have been wearing it to death since. It's the nail polish I have on in my recent Instagram post. You could wear this on your ring finger as a little accent or have them on all your nails to give a full effect. I love how pigmented these molten metal nail polishes are which is one of the reasons why I love it so much! The colour is almost like a subtle chrome.
Rimmel Lasting Finish Pro - Burgundy Flirt 390
Nothing screams festive like a good red nail polish! I get a lot of wear out of this nail polish and it's usually the one I choose to wear on my toenails too. The formula of these nail polishes are really good, but you must get the ones that look like this and not the smaller nail polishes that you typically see at the Rimmel counters. I find the formula of these are much better and last longer. This colour is ideal for any nail shape for women/men of any ages!
Barry M - Starlight
This beautiful gold and silver chunky glitter nail polish truly looks stunning as a nail topper. The only downside to this nail polish is that it's very hard to get an even layer of glitter. I find that I'm adding layers and layers to try and get it as glittery as I want which, as you can imagine, is a nightmare to remove! However, if you're happy with a lighter layer of glitter on your nails then this is perfect!
Barry M - Amethyst Glitter
Finally, an intense glitter nail polish. Barry M do a whole array of glitter nail polishes but out of all the ones I've seen and tried, this one gives the most pay off. There's a lot of small chunks of glitter in this which means you don't get a streaky finish. You could top this over a nude nail polish but I think it looks most effective over Barry M's Wild Purple as the shades match perfectly, as seen on the swatches above, on the left!
What are your favourite nail polishes for the festive season?
