This weeks Must-Have product is the first ever high end product that I've purchased and the first foundation I got professionally matched to, and that is my MAC Select spf 15 foundation in NW35.

I cannot tell you enough how much I love this foundation. I used to use this foundation every single day, but I find that it was matched to my skintone during summer, where I was slightly more tanned. So this is my go-to foundation during the summer months, I've been going to this foundation a lot over the past few months! It is seriously the best yellow toned foundation! I've had this for almost two years now, it probably wouldn't have lasted so long if I had been using it everyday throughout the year, but I can definitely say one pump is enough to get a decent coverage. The great thing about this foundation is that it is easy to build upon and so you can get your desired foundation. It is a little pricey but definitely worth trying out! There's a huge variety of colours so you can get your perfect match. If you can get to a MAC store then it's definitely worth asking the makeup artists to help you get matched up. 

This weeks Monday Must-Have is the Make Up Base by No7. They recently changed the packaging and the name of the product, so some of you may know the product as the Shine Free Primer, but I promise you, they are the exact same thing!



I got this product when Boots did the £5 off No7 make up vouchers (a while back now), they now only do £3 off make up, but hey a promotion is a promotion! This is by far the best primer for oily or combination skin like mine. It matifys your skin and helps your makeup cling on for longer. The formula is like a white creamy paste, which spreads easily into a clear base on to your skin and almost feels like a powder, but doesn't cake up. If you have dry skin, I probably wouldn't recommend this product, but it's worth testing out in the shops anyway! This is the third tube I've purchased and I have to say, even though I only use this on nights out or during really hot summer days, it does last a really long time so it's definitely worth having in your collection.

A couple of weeks ago I attended a wedding and had a really early start to the day. I normally always find that my makeup somehow melts off my face and by the end of the day I'm always left with half my eyeliner rubbed off or smudged into a not so sexy smokey look! After a good 14 hours of wearing makeup I realised that my eyeliner looked just the same as it did when I had put it on at 5.30 in the morning! I was really impressed at how well it had stayed on and so I thought I'd share with you exactly what I used.

There are two products I want to tell you about, the first is the Maybelline master precise liquid liner. You may have heard me talk briefly about this in my travel makeup bag post, but I absolutely love this product! It's super easy to use and really good for people who find it difficult to get a nice thin line (like myself). It's easily buildable and is pigmented enough to work well on top of eyeshadow. Even when I have worn it on hot/humid days, I find it's the one thing that still remains on my face at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend you try out this product! I'm not too sure of they come in different colours - the one I have is in Black.

I personally don't like to use liquid eyeliners on my water line, so I tend to stick to gel liner because it lasts a lot longer than pencil. The Maybelline Eyestudio lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner in Black is the best gel liner you could every purchase. It comes with a little handy eyeliner brush which really helps you to control the product. I have had this pot for just under 2 years now and I have just about gone half way. It hasn't dried up and the colour, luckily hasn't faded.




I have never been disappointed with these two products, they always come out exactly how I want them to and are just super easy to use! They are available at most highstreet beauty stores (boots, superdrug, etc.).
